The event was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, and was initiated by a speech from Housing and Local governor Minister and Executive Director of Maimunah Mohd Syarif Program, and then continued with discussions divided into 3 related themes: Youth and children, women, and business.
In this discussion the youth is divided into 2 sessions, and in the first session it is divided into several topics, namely: Idea and Design Thinking Youth and Livelihood Peace, peace and security Human Right Participation Indigeneus Youth in The City The Challange Facing Youth Migrants and Refugees. while in the second session it is divided into LGBTI and The City Ideas and Design and Thinking Health and Resilience and Climate Change. In this discussion youth are given the opportunity to express their opinions and get answers from Asia Bussiness School, Unesco, and Un-Habitat.
Keep in mind the most important thing is to provide justice for the people and not only with economic development, but also suppress the disparity and change the paradigm of urban development into the People and Planet Centered, building the city in accordance with the human rights of every human being. And it is expected that the youth can move more forefront also discuss together to create an inclusive city.
